We are looking for an experienced
Senior Red Team Analyst
to join our client’s cybersecurity team. This is a hands-on offensive security role focused on adversary emulation, Red Team operations, security control validation, and improving the organization's overall security posture.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience building, scaling, and operating a Red Team, penetration testing, or offensive security program.
- Proven hands-on experience conducting Red Team engagements and adversary emulation in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of the
MITRE ATT&CK;
framework and threat-informed testing methodologies.
- Experience with enterprise attack techniques, including privilege escalation, lateral movement, and post-exploitation.
- Solid knowledge of
AWS and/or Azure
from an offensive security perspective.
- Solid understanding of enterprise networking, operating systems, identity, and security architectures.




- Experience conducting Purple Team exercises and validating security detections and controls.
- Experience assessing newly disclosed vulnerabilities and validating exploitability in controlled environments.
- Exposure to AI/LLM security or leveraging AI in Red Team operations is a plus.
- Excellent technical documentation and reporting skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications such as
OSCP, OSEP, OSWE, CRTO, CRTM, GXPN, GPEN, CISSP
, or equivalent offensive security certifications are preferred.

- Plan and execute hands-on Red Team operations across enterprise, cloud, identity, endpoint, network, infrastructure, product, and AI environments.
- Design threat-informed adversary emulation scenarios based on threat intelligence and real-world attack techniques.
