Role & responsibilities
- Proven track record shipping real-time or voice/conversational AI products in production not portfolio projects
- Deep hands-on fluency with modern AI tooling: LLM APIs, prompt engineering, TTS/STT pipelines, agentic workflows
- Experience building orchestration pipelines (n8n, Make, Zapier or custom) that stitch multiple APIs together
- Solid full-stack engineer, comfortable owning someone else's production codebase solo
- Product instinct you'll be handed outcomes ("screen applicants automatically"), not specs
- Startup-native: fast, no ego about scope, at ease as the only engineer in the room
- Based in or willing to relocate to Chennai; on-site at Thiruvanmiyur.
- Inbound automation: auto-trigger outbound calls from website form-fills
- Meta Ads technical integration: conversion tracking and Pixel/Conversions API work
- New telecalling features: additional verticals, call-script logic, lead scoring and pre-qualification
- First-call AI screening: an applicant/lead-screening feature built on the same voice-AI stack
- A process-automation layer (n8n / Make) connecting content, ads, CRM and WhatsApp into hands-off workflows
