About the Role

At Shiprocket, we're building products that power millions of commerce transactions and thousands of businesses across India. We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can turn excellent products into category leaders.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of Product, Growth, Brand, Sales, and Customer Success. You'll own the go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, launches, and growth of Shiprocket's SaaS and AI-led products. From crafting compelling narratives to driving demand through performance marketing, content, and brand campaigns, you'll be responsible for accelerating product adoption and revenue.

What You'll Own
- Develop and execute end-to-end Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, feature releases, and market expansions.
- Own product positioning, messaging, pricing communication, and value propositions across different customer segments.




- Partner with Product teams to deeply understand customer pain points and translate features into compelling customer benefits.
- Drive customer acquisition, activation, adoption, retention, and monetization through integrated marketing initiatives.
- Build and execute demand generation campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and partner channels.
- Scale user acquisition using Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, display networks, and emerging digital channels.
- Work closely with the Brand team to create memorable campaigns that establish category leadership and improve product recall.
- Define launch plans including customer communication, PR, webinars, sales enablement, website updates, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Create high-converting landing pages, product pages, case studies, customer stories, videos, product demos, sales decks, and enablement collateral.
