Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Social Media Specialist role based in Gurugram. The Social Media Specialist will manage and grow Nexlance’s presence across key social platforms by planning, creating, and publishing engaging content aligned with brand and marketing objectives.



Responsibilities include developing social media calendars, creating copy and visual briefs, monitoring channels, responding to audience interactions, and optimizing posts based on performance metrics. The role involves collaborating with marketing and business teams to support campaigns, promote services, and ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints. The Social Media Specialist will also track analytics, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience executing platform-specific strategies and campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation, including writing posts, captions, and basic creative briefs aligned with brand voice.
