Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified and experienced HR Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing the human resources functions of our creative services agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely and efficient onboarding of recent employees.
- Employee Relations: Proactively address employee concerns and issues, fostering a positive workplace culture. Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, regular performance reviews, and employee development plans. Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans.
