The primary purpose of this role is to drive superior Sales Execution and In-Store Excellence across the assigned State / Territory to achieve business goals. The role is responsible for ensuring disciplined execution of all sales priorities, driving adoption and usage of CHEERS (Carlsberg Sales Force Automation Application) / Image recognition, conducting market audits, coaching frontline sales teams, and ensuring high standards of execution in the market. The RSDE will work closely with the RSDM and frontline sales teams to deliver execution excellence and actionable market insights.
Core responsibilities
1. Ensure impeccable In-Store execution of all Key Sales Drivers and State priorities as defined by the business from time to time.
2. Conduct regular market visits with DSEs, SEs,
and ASMs to monitor execution standards, provide On-Job Training, and capture market intelligence.
3. Drive 100% adoption and daily usage of CHEERS by the frontline sales team across the assigned State / Territory.
4. Support the RSDM in implementation and execution of SFA, IR, DMS, and Sales Asset initiatives within the assigned geography.
5. Monitor daily app usage and follow up with non-users to improve compliance and reporting discipline.
6. Conduct regular execution audits in the market using CHEERS and validate data accuracy reported by the sales team.
7. Ensure right reporting practices and maintain high standards of data quality and execution compliance.
8. Analyze execution data, outlet performance, and sales KPIs to identify opportunities and share actionable insights with the sales team and RSDM.
