Role Description
This is a remote Insurance Advisor role.



The Insurance Advisor will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their protection needs and recommend appropriate general insurance products across motor, health, personal accident, and other lines. Responsibilities include explaining policy features, benefits, and exclusions clearly, assisting with proposal forms and documentation, and guiding customers throughout the policy issuance and renewal process. The Insurance Advisor will handle customer queries via phone, email, or digital platforms, provide timely follow-ups, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support claim-related guidance. The role also involves meeting defined sales and service targets while maintaining high standards of compliance and customer satisfaction.
