The Vertical Delivery Leader (VDL) plays a mission-critical executive leadership role, functioning as the Chief Operating Officer of the Automotive Industry within Quest Global. This role is the cornerstone of strategic leadership and operational excellence, with full accountability for ensuring client satisfaction, margin realization, and execution readiness for the strategic pursuits of the vertical globally. The VDL ensures delivery excellence is a key differentiator in both customer retention and growth.
