10 years of managerial experience

- BHM Degree-level qualification
- Luxury standards of F&B; quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding guest services
- Monitors, develops, and implements profitable delivery in restaurants, bars, and banquets
- Budgeting, Revenue Focus, F&B; Controls, Payroll Control, Menu Design, Administration, and Planning
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef as well as supporting departments
- Achieve desired F&B; Quality and Services, Hygiene, merchandising, and promotions
- Lead Guest Delight to create an F&B; brand of repute
- Builds a high-performing F&B; Team
