The Academic Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and productive execution of academic and administrative operations at the learning centre. This role serves as the link between academic planning and operational execution by coordinating faculty, managing curriculum delivery, overseeing projects, maintaining institutional compliance, and supporting communication initiatives. Key Responsibilities
1. Academic Operations & Administration
- Oversee the day-to-day academic and administrative operations of the learning centre.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, academic standards, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate faculty schedules and classroom planning for smooth academic delivery.
- Monitor curriculum implementation and ensure timely syllabus completion.
- Track student progress and facilitate batch progression as per academic timelines.
- Support academic planning and ensure effective execution of institutional initiatives.
- Manage academic resources to ensure uninterrupted teaching and learning activities.
- Assist in budget planning, allocation, monitoring, and effective utilization of departmental resources.
2. Faculty Coordination
- Coordinate with faculty members to ensure timely delivery of academic sessions.
- Monitor faculty performance and provide operational support when required.
- Facilitate communication between faculty, academic leadership, and management.
