 Manage and mentor Team Leaders and their sales teams, ensuring alignment with the

organization’s objectives and revenue targets.

 Conduct regular reviews with Team Leaders to monitor performance, address challenges, and

implement solutions for improvement.

 Develop and execute training programs to enhance the capabilities of Team Leaders and their

teams, ensuring consistent performance and growth.

 Create and implement regional strategies for revenue growth, ensuring penetration into recent





markets and maintaining a competitive edge.

 Build and maintain relationships with key clients, supporting Team Leaders in achieving repeat

and referral business.

 Ensure the effective implementation of promotional plans, campaigns, and contests to drive

motivation and engagement across teams.

 Monitor market trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and make

necessary adjustments to strategies.

 Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and alignment with

business goals.

 Provide guidance to Team Leaders on client advisory, leveraging research and market insights

to support informed decision-making.

 Drive brokerage and volume generation at the branch level by fostering a high-performance
