Job Summary

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for engaging prospective learners andcorporate clients,



understanding their learning requirements, and recommending suitable training andcertification programs. You will manage the complete sales cycle—from lead qualification and counsellingto enrolment and post-sales follow-up.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, education, and helping professionals advance theircareers.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and qualify leads generated through website enquiries, digital marketing campaigns,webinars, referrals, and outbound prospecting.

Counsel prospective students and professionals on suitable certification programs based on theircareer goals.

Explain course curriculum, training formats, schedules, certifications, pricing, and career outcomes.

Conduct consultative sales calls through phone, email, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, orZoom.

Follow up with prospective learners until successful enrolment.

Maintain accurate lead
