Role Description
The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for overseeing daily project activities at interior design and build locations. The role includes coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure work is executed according to plans, quality standards, and safety protocols. The Site Supervisor monitors progress, manages site schedules,



and reports status updates and issues to project managers and studio leadership. Daily tasks involve supervising installation work, verifying measurements and finishes, inspecting materials, and resolving on-site challenges in real time. The role also requires maintaining site documentation, ensuring compliance with timelines and budget parameters, and supporting a smooth handover of completed spaces to clients.
