The Prospect:

We are seeking a Senior Director of Software Engineering to lead strategic and technical innovation for large-scale, distributed People Technology platforms that power Visas global workforce. This role is responsible for defining the long-term platform vision and driving a cloud-first, AI-first architecture to deliver highly available, secure, and performant systems at scale.
