Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and continuously enhance the firm's in-house
HRMS
and legal software.
- Drive HR digital transformation by automating HR processes including attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Evaluate, compare, and recommend HRMS platforms based on business requirements (knowledge of
5–6 HRMS solutions
will be an added advantage).
- Collaborate with software developers and internal stakeholders to implement system enhancements, new features, and workflow automation.
- Identify process gaps and recommend technology-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Design and maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics for informed decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, system security, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide continuous support to employees on HRMS functionalities.




- Stay updated with the latest HR technologies, AI tools, automation trends, and global HR best practices.
- Present and demonstrate the firm's HRMS and legal software to prospective clients and conduct product demonstrations whenever required.

Required Skills & Competencies
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in
HRIS/HRMS implementation, administration, or HR Technology
.
- Robust understanding of HR operations, HRIS architecture, and workflow automation.
- Experience in HR analytics, dashboard creation, and reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to independently drive HR technology initiatives and continuous process improvements.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and digital transformation.
