Manage end-to-end project planning activities, including project scheduling, progress monitoring, resource allocation, look-ahead planning, project coordination, delay analysis, MIS reporting, recovery planning, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with contract requirements.
