AME Diploma or B. Tech
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in airline engineering, MRO, engine management, component repair management
- Experience with engine repairs, shop visits, logistics coordination, or inventory management will be preferred.
Systems & Tools
- Hands-on experience with AMOS
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools
- Experience in inventory tracking and repair management systems

Requirement
- Understanding of repair processes
- Knowledge of aviation documentation and regulatory requirements
Job Responsibilities
- Manage ON/OFF label bookings for engine and its LRUs
- Create and administer Repair Orders (ROs)
- Shipment, BOE (Bill of Entry) instruction coordination
- Invoice verification, Supplemental repair approval, and processing
- Monitor repair cycle times and ensure adherence to contractual turnaround times
- Drive closure of pending GRNs and ensure timely processing of repair transactions
- Monitoring in office LRU stock levels
- Resolution of CID (Customer Induced Damage) and NFF (No Fault Found) cases
- Liaise with OEMs, repair vendors, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders
- Resolve commercial and operational queries related to repairs and invoicing
