Project Executive – Events | SEES | Current Delhi

SEES is an experiential marketing agency creating impactful brand experiences for leading brands across FMCG, tech, lifestyle, and more. We're looking for a
Project Executive
who can seamlessly coordinate projects from planning to execution while ensuring operational excellence and timely delivery.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of events, conferences, exhibitions, and brand activations.
- Create compelling proposal decks, presentations, and project documentation based on client briefs.
- Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, onboarding, and coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including client servicing, creative, production, and operations to keep projects on track.
- Assist in project planning, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while ensuring quality standards are met.




- Support on-ground event execution and proactively resolve operational challenges.

What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in project management within an events, experiential, or integrated marketing agency.
- Strong proposal deck creation and presentation development skills.
- Experience in vendor management, procurement, and execution coordination.
- Excellent cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, detail-oriented skilled with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering flawless events.
