- Skills & Competencies Required

· Excellent verbal communication skills in

· Proven experience in developing, managing, and expanding
dealer/distributor networks

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Proficient in conducting online meetings and presentations through
Zoom, Google Meet,

Microsoft Teams, Skype
, or similar platforms.

· Excellent follow-up and persuasion skills with the ability to convert leads into business opportunities.

· Ability to identify and generate new dealer leads through
Google, YouTube, Instagram,

LinkedIn, online directories, and other digital platforms
.

· Willingness to travel for dealer visits, customer meetings, exhibitions, and business

development activities whenever required.

· Ability to work in a target-driven environment and consistently achieve business goals.

· Capable of maintaining long-term relationships with existing dealers through regular meetings,

follow-ups,



and business reviews.

· Strong presentation, selling, and convincing skills with a proactive and result-oriented approach.

· Ability to coordinate with Sales Executives, conduct review meetings, monitor performance, and

collect regular activity reports.

· Capable of identifying, recruiting, and onboarding Sales Representatives in current cities and

assigned territories.

· Self-motivated, energetic, and highly disciplined with a strong ownership mindset.
- Key Responsibilities (KRA)

· Identify, approach, and appoint new dealers in assigned territories.

· Build and maintain strong business relationships with dealers, distributors, and corporate clients.

· Handle and qualify enquiries received through social media and digital platforms.

Follow up with genuine prospects, convert them into business opportunities, and update the

team on enquiry status.
