Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Delhi, India. As a Travel Consultant, you will assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and tour packages. Your role will involve providing expert travel advice,



creating personalized travel itineraries, managing reservations, and addressing customer inquiries. Ensuring a seamless travel experience and maintaining excellent customer service are central to this role.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and developing personalized travel itineraries for domestic and international destinations
- Experience in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flights, accommodations, and tours
- Solid Customer Service skills with the ability to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with visa processes and travel regulations is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking tools or platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred
