Role Description
The Opt Recruiter is a full-time, on-site position based in Kondapur. In this role, the recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes for OPT candidates, including sourcing profiles from various channels, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Daily responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines, building relationships with educational institutions and training partners, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with relevant hiring policies.



The Opt Recruiter will collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in IT or technical recruiting, preferably with a focus on OPT or entry-level technology roles.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills, including use of job portals, social media, and professional communities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions and meet hiring timelines.
- Understanding of basic HR and recruiting best practices; familiarity with compliance requirements related to OPT hiring is an advantage.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), MS Office tools,
