To give line clearance for: A. Dispensing of Raw Material and Packaging Material.

B. Manufacturing & Packaging Operation.

To Perform in-process quality checks at various stages of manufacturing and packing.

To Verify the daily usage log book of manufacturing, packing and warehouse department.

To withdraw & Sampling for Process Validation/Cleaning Validation Batches/ Stability Study/ Control Sample/ Hold Time Study.

To Review online filled BMR, BPR and all other batch related records.

To Verify environmental monitoring of manufacturing, warehouse and other controlled areas and ensure that environmental monitoring is done as per SOP.

To Ensure Dispatch of Batches & Tracking.





Functional Reporting shall be as per Departmental organogram.

Preparation and review of APQR.

To Train other QA personnel for SOPs, Protocol etc.

To monitor in-process testing and release/reject of in process material as well as finish product.

Any other work assigned by your Reporting Manager/Seniors diligently and promptly.

Master, effective, issuance & control copy of Formats, BMR, BPR, SPC, STP TP, SOPs, validation protocols and stability protocols.

To ensure the preparation, Issuance, Revision, Review, Retrieval and preservation of the all documents.
