As the Head of Operations, you are the architect of this experience. You will sit at the cockpit of a high-growth vertical, blending data science, supply chain precision, and product innovation to build an operational masterpiece that is the envy of the consumer-tech world.
The "High-Value" Mandate
1. Architect of Best-in-Class Systems
You won't just follow a manual; you will write it. You are tasked with deconstructing every process—from the first lead ping to the final doorstep delivery—and re-engineering them for maximum velocity and zero friction. You will implement "Lean" and "Six Sigma" mentalities to build a sustainable,
self-healing business model.
2. Full-Stack Lead Lifecycle Ownership
You own the "Gold Mine." You will manage the entire lead ecosystem within our CRM. By working with Marketing and Product, you will ensure the tele-calling team is fueled with high-intent leads, optimizing the conversion funnel from Assigned to Delivered with surgical precision.
3. Product & CRM Innovation
You are the "Functional CEO" of our CRM. You will partner with the Product team to build features that don't exist yet—automation that predicts stock-outs before they happen and algorithms that assign leads to the most compatible callers. You turn software into a competitive advantage.
4. "Zero-Failure" Supply Chain
