Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Phlebotomist role based in India. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for collecting blood and other specimens from individuals at their homes or designated collection centers, following strict safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols.



Daily responsibilities include verifying patient identity, preparing collection materials, labeling and handling specimens, and ensuring timely dispatch to partner laboratories. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, explaining procedures in clear and respectful terms, and providing a reassuring, customer-focused experience. The Phlebotomist will collaborate with operations and lab teams to support smooth workflows and uphold Healthians’ standards for quality and reliability.

Qualifications
- Strong phlebotomy and specimen collection skills, including venipuncture and capillary sampling, with attention to safety and hygiene.
- Knowledge of basic laboratory processes, sample handling, labeling, storage, and transportation protocols.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds in a professional and empathetic manner.
