Role Description
The Customer Relations Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with veterinary clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.



Day-to-day tasks include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver services, and responding promptly to inquiries or issues. The Customer Relations Manager will track client feedback, prepare periodic reports on client performance and engagement, and support the implementation of client-focused initiatives and campaigns. The role also involves facilitating smooth onboarding for new clients, maintaining accurate client records, and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and strengthen long-term partnerships.
