Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team. The primary responsibility will be to convert qualified leads into customers by explaining our Amazon Global Selling business model and onboarding new sellers.

If you have strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and an interest in e-commerce, Amazon, or exports, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with qualified leads generated through Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

- Understand customer requirements and explain Dropsy's Amazon Global Selling programs.
- Conduct sales consultations via phone calls, Google Meet, and face-to-face meetings.
- Convert interested prospects into successful customer onboardings.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.

Required Skills
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
- Basic understanding of E-commerce, Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or online marketplaces.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong closing ability with a customer-first approach.
- Comfortable using Google Meet, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
