Role Description
The International Client Relations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This position is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with international clients, ensuring consistent communication and a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily activities include responding to client inquiries, coordinating solutions with internal teams,



monitoring service delivery performance, and escalating issues when needed. The role involves preparing reports and updates for clients, documenting interactions, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and service quality. The specialist collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to support smooth operations and maintain long-term partnerships with global clients.

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse international clients
- Experience in client relations and customer support, preferably in a global or business process outsourcing environment
- Proven focus on customer satisfaction, including handling escalations and resolving complex service issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional tea
