Role & responsibilities
- Identify, generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, & market research
- Build & maintain a solid pipeline of prospective clients requiring IT staffing, contract staffing, permanent hiring, or recruitment services
- Identify key decision-makers, including HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Managers, Procurement Heads, and Business Leaders

Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Understand client hiring requirements and recommend suitable staffing & recruitment solutions
- Present company capabilities, staffing models, & value propositions through meetings, presentations, & virtual demos
- Prepare commercial proposals, staffing agreements, & negotiate pricing & service terms
- Convert qualified leads into long-term clients by closing new business opportunities

Account Growth
- Cross-sell & upsell staffing services, including:
- IT Permanent Hiring
- Contract Staffing
- Payroll Management
- Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
- Executive Search
- Project-Based Hiring




- Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts & increase revenue

Preferred candidate profile
- Basic understanding of IT staffing, contract staffing, & recruitment processes
- Understanding staffing or workforce solutions to enterprise & mid-market clients
- Understanding of IT staffing, contract staffing, & recruitment processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, & negotiation skills
- Strong networking & relationship-building abilities /skills
- Ability to generate leads through multiple channels
- Self-driven, target-oriented, & capable of working independently
