Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Writer at Superfan Ng (SPNG). The Technical Writer will create explicit, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for the platform, including product guides, in-app help content, developer-facing documentation, and process manuals. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with product, engineering, and design teams to understand features, documenting workflows and technical specifications,



and maintaining a consistent documentation structure and style. The role also involves reviewing and updating existing documentation, organizing content for easy navigation, and ensuring terminology is accessible for diverse audiences. The Technical Writer will contribute to internal knowledge bases and support onboarding materials for team members and external partners.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Technical Writing and Technical Communication, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Experience creating Technical Documentation and Documentation for digital products or software platforms.
- Ability to develop and maintain user Manuals, guides, and structured help content.
- Excellent written English, attention to detail, and adherence to style and terminology standards.
- Familiarity with documentation tools (such as Markdown, wikis, or content management systems) and basic understanding of soft
