Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance functions.
- Experience in facility management, real estate, or service industry is preferred.

Job Summary:

Uniservice Facility Management Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive / Accountant to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and day-to-day financial transactions. The candidate should possess robust knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial management.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
- Create detailed journal entries and post them to the General Ledger (GL).
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers,



debit notes, credit notes, and accounting entries.
- Record cash payments, cash receipts, and maintain petty cash.
- Reconcile bank statements and business accounts regularly.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Handle GST registration, computation, filing, and payment remittance.
- Manage E-TDS, EPF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings are completed within deadlines.
- Prepare e-way bills, delivery challans, and road permits.

Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Process vendor payments and customer collections.
- Follow up with vendors and clients regarding pending payments.
- Facilitate incoming payments and outgoing cheques.
- Prepare and distribute cheques after obtaining necessary approvals.

Financial Reporting & MIS
- Prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Generate MIS repor
