The cafe focuses on specialty coffee, paired with a European-style bakehouse experience for guests. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Cafe Staff role based in Pune City. The role involves preparing and serving specialty coffee and baked items, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Day-to-day tasks include operating coffee equipment, handling orders and payments, setting up and closing the cafe, and supporting smooth front-of-house operations. Cafe Staff will collaborate with the roasting and bakehouse team,



assist with inventory and stock rotation, and help create a friendly, efficient, and consistent guest experience.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Food Preparation and Food & Beverage handling.
- Candidates should possess skills in Food Service and Customer Service.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Food Safety and hygiene practices.
- Previous experience in cafes, restaurants, or hospitality is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Robust communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude toward guests and team members.
- Interest in specialty coffee and willingness to learn brewing methods and product knowledge.
- Basic numeracy and comfort with using POS systems for billing and cash handling.
