A reputed Multi-Speciality Hospital in Ankleshwar is looking for dedicated and patient-focused Resident Medical Officers (RMOs) to join its clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified medical professionals who are passionate about providing quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Salary- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
*Salary will be offered based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skill set.*

Eligibility
- BHMS / MBBS from a recognized institution.
- Valid State Medical Council Registration (where applicable).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Experience in Emergency, ICU, Ward, Casualty, or IPD will be an added advantage.
- Valuable clinical knowledge, patient assessment, and emergency management skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night duties.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, examine, and manage patients in the Emergency, IPD, ICU,



and Ward under hospital protocols.
- Provide prompt medical care and stabilize patients during emergencies.
- Monitor patients' clinical progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Assist consultants during patient rounds, procedures, and treatment planning.
- Prescribe medications and order appropriate diagnostic investigations as per hospital guidelines.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and code situations.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality initiatives, and continuous medical education programmes.
