Role Description
The Service Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The Service Advisor will be responsible for welcoming customers to the service center, understanding their vehicle concerns, and accurately documenting service requirements. Daily tasks include coordinating vehicle inspections, explaining recommended services and repair options, preparing job cards,



and obtaining customer approval for work. The role also involves liaising between customers and the workshop team, tracking service progress, updating customers on timelines and costs, and ensuring vehicles are delivered in line with quality standards. The Service Advisor is expected to handle aftersales queries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer-focused Service.
- Clear and qualified Communication skills for interacting with customers, technicians, and internal teams.
- Experience or understanding of Aftersales processes within an automotive service or dealership environment.
- Ability to manage multiple service cases, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in documentation.
