Role Description
The Travel Business Growth Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role is responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities for Junket Tour and travel within the travel and hospitality sectors, including partnerships with hotels, airlines, travel agencies, and tourism boards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market analysis, designing growth strategies, managing sales pipelines, and nurturing relationships with key partners and stakeholders. The Travel Business Growth Manager will coordinate cross-functional project execution, collaborate with internal teams on campaign planning, and track performance metrics to optimize revenue and brand visibility. The role also involves preparing reports, presentations, and proposals, ensuring that all initiatives align with the company’s objectives and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience working with Analytics to interpret data, identify trends,



and support business decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly, negotiate with partners, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, with a proven ability to build pipelines, convert leads, and maintain long-term client and partner relationships.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and deliver initiatives on time and within scope across multiple stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in business development, travel, hospitality, or entertainment sectors is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and operate with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or specialized certification in sales or project man
