Job Description

Job Title: IT Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 per month (based on experience, skills, and interview performance)

Job Summary:-
We are looking for a motivated and skilled IT Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of hardware, software, networking, troubleshooting, and user support.

Job Responsibilities:-
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot system, network, and application problems in a timely manner.
- Install and update operating systems,



antivirus software, and business applications.
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data security.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and software support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:-
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience in hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or system administration.
