Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Multimedia Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating engaging digital content, designing eye-catching visuals, editing videos, and managing social media platforms. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in digital marketing, multimedia, and brand communication.

Objective

To create high-quality multimedia content that enhances the company's digital presence, strengthens brand awareness, and supports marketing, recruitment, and business development initiatives across multiple online platforms.

Responsibility

Design creative graphics for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and branding activities.

Create and edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and other multimedia content.

Develop engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

Plan, schedule, and publish content in coordination with the marketing team.





Maintain brand consistency across all digital and marketing materials.

Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Business Development teams to support recruitment and promotional campaigns.

Capture and edit photos and videos during company events, workshops, and celebrations.

Monitor social media engagement and suggest strategies to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, content formats, and design tools.

Organize and maintain multimedia assets, including graphics, videos, templates, and project files.

Skill & Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Computer Applications (BCA), Information Technology (IT), Mass Communication, Journalism, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Any Graduate (IT / Non-IT) with a solid interest in Digital Marketing, Business Development, Social Media Management, Graphic Design, or Multimedia Content
