About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Operations Head Delivery Excellence to lead delivery operations, drive operational excellence, improve quality, and scale engineering services for global clients.

In this role, you'll lead cross-functional delivery teams, optimize productivity, champion continuous improvement, and play a key role in supporting business growth across international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end engineering delivery operations across multiple teams and projects.
- Ensure high On-Time Delivery (OTD), quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive operational excellence through Lean methodologies, process improvements, and automation.
- Optimize resource planning, capacity utilization, and workforce productivity.
- Build and strengthen Quality Management Systems (QMS) and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and reduce defects and rework.
- Monitor operational KPIs including utilization, profitability,



productivity, FTR, and delivery performance.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to support business growth and client retention.
- Build strong relationships with US and UK clients and lead governance reviews.
- Coach, mentor, and develop future leaders while building a high-performance culture.

What We're Looking For
- BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- 14 -20 years of experience in Engineering Services, AEC, BIM, Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechanical CAD.
- Minimum 10 years leading engineering delivery operations or multi-team environments.
- Strong experience in delivery management, resource planning, quality, productivity improvement, and operational excellence.
- Hands-on knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, QMS, ISO, or similar quality frameworks.
- Experience managing international clients, preferably US and UK.
