Operation Executive (India)

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and coordinate daily logistics operations with 3PL partners, including import clearance, transportation, warehousing (inbound, outbound, storage, and value-added services), and customer deliveries.
2. Ensure smooth execution of order fulfillment by working closely with internal stakeholders, 3PL providers, carriers, and vendors to resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
3. Monitor inventory accuracy by reconciling system inventory with physical warehouse inventory and supporting regular inventory audits.
4. Track shipments and proactively follow up on delivery status to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
5. Prepare operational reports, analyze logistics performance, and provide inventory and shipment forecasts to support business planning.
6. Review and verify monthly 3PL service invoices and ensure billing accuracy.
7. Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize logistics operations, inventory management, and overall supply chain costs.

Support contract management and collaborate with the Regional Supply Chain team during vendor performance reviews and contract negotiations when required.
9. Maintain accurate operational documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience
in logistics operations, supply chain, warehouse operations, transportation coordination, or order management.
- Experience working with
3PL providers, freight forwarders, transporters, or warehouse operations
is highly preferred.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic data analysis). Experience with ERP systems such as
SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar
is an advantage.
