Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Senior Technical Lead
with expertise in modern full-stack development, cloud technologies, and AI-enabled engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills, hands-on development experience, and the ability to architect scalable enterprise applications while mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers.
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
- Build and maintain backend services using
Node.js (Express.js)

- Develop responsive frontend applications using
Angular or React.js

- Design, optimize, and maintain
PostgreSQL

MongoDB
databases.
- Build, deploy, and manage cloud-native applications on

- Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.




- Collaborate with clients, business teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Drive AI-powered engineering initiatives, automation, and LLM integration.
- Ensure project delivery, application performance, code quality, and production reliability.
