Company: Rajkot Foundries Pvt. Ltd. (A Group of Esteem Auto Ltd.)

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat ( Haripar)

Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience
- 10–15 Years in CNC/VMC Machine Shop, Foundry, or Engineering Manufacturing Industry

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily Machine Shop production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Plan and monitor production, manpower, and machine utilization.
- Handle CNC/VMC machine programming, machine setting, and process optimization.
- Supervise Grinding Shop operations and ensure quality standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning departments.
- Improve OEE, productivity, and reduce rejection through Kaizen and continuous improvement.
- Implement 5S, TPM, Poka-Yoke,



and safety practices.
- Monitor cutting tools, fixtures, cycle time, and machine parameters.
- Prepare daily production reports, MIS, and ERP/SAP updates.
- Train and guide machine operators and supervisors.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of CNC/VMC machining and Grinding Shop operations
- CNC Programming & Machine Setting
- Production Planning & Process Improvement
- OEE, TPM, 5S, Kaizen & Poka-Yoke
- SAP/ERP Knowledge
- Leadership, Team Handling & Problem-Solving Skills
