RubikX is looking for a detail-oriented
eCommerce Catalog Manager
to join our growing team. If you're passionate about organizing product data, ensuring catalog accuracy, and leveraging AI to work smarter, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain product catalogs across eCommerce platforms.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings and metadata.
- Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and consistent.
- Coordinate with internal teams to onboard new products and resolve catalog issues.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity, content quality, and operational efficiency.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, catalog management, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent
spoken and written English
communication skills.
- Willingness to work
2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a quick-paced remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar.
- Basic understanding of SEO for product listings.
- Experience working with spreadsheets, product data imports, and CSV files.
