Role Description
This is a full time, in office Senior Graphic Designer role based in Chennai. The Senior Graphic Designer will create and refine visual concepts for marketing campaigns, property launches, and brand communication across digital and print channels. Responsibilities include designing graphics, layouts, logos, and on-brand visual assets; developing and maintaining brand guidelines; and ensuring consistency of visual identity across all materials.



The person in this role will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and project teams to understand requirements, translate briefs into compelling designs, and deliver production-ready files. The Senior Graphic Designer will also review and provide guidance to junior designers, manage multiple projects and timelines, and stay updated on design trends and tools relevant to the real estate industry.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing work across digital and print mediums.
- Experience in Real Estate focussed Marketing Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities.
- Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to select and apply type that enhances readability and brand expression.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar tools).
- Demonstrated ability to interpret briefs,
