Stock Aisle is seeking a highly driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager to lead new customer acquisition and business growth within assigned markets.

This is a field-focused business development role requiring direct engagement with business owners, senior managers and key decision-makers. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, conducting face-to-face meetings, understanding their operational requirements and positioning Stock Aisle as a technology solution aligned with their business needs.

The role requires a consultative approach to business development. Rather than simply selling software, the Business Development Manager will be expected to understand a prospective customer's existing processes, identify operational challenges and clearly demonstrate the commercial value of adopting Stock Aisle.
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities within the assigned territory and target market.
- Conduct regular field visits and engage directly with business owners,



senior managers and key decision-makers.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospective customers through direct market engagement, referrals, networking and structured prospecting activities.
- Understand prospective customers' existing business processes, operational challenges and technology requirements.
- Present Stock Aisle's platform and value proposition in a skilled, consultative and commercially relevant manner.
- Conduct face-to-face product presentations and demonstrations tailored to individual customer requirements.
- Develop strong business relationships with prospective customers and manage opportunities through the complete sales cycle.
- Prepare commercial discussions, handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to support successful customer acquisition.
