Gallagher Center of Excellence GCoE is seeking to hire a Senior Project Coordinator/Account Manager who will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership and successful delivery of communication solutions for a defined portfolio of Gallagher clients. The role ensures projects are planned, executed, and delivered to the highest standards—on time, within budget, and aligned to client objectives—while maintaining solid,



value-driven client relationships that support retention and growth. Working as part of the Programme Management Office PMO, with Senior Communications Consultants and cross-functional account teams, the Senior Project Coordinator takes full accountability for project delivery, translating client requirements into clear project plans, coordinating resources, managing risks, and overseeing implementation from initiation through closure. The role requires a proactive, solutions-focused approach to managing scope, timelines, budgets, and quality, while ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders.
