Job Summary:

As a Forward deployed product manager, you will spend your time on the front lines, deeply

embedded with customers to identify their highest-value problems and building bespoke AI solutions

that eventually drive our core product roadmap

Our PMs being the heart of the company work closely with all cross functional teams to drive product

success - focussing on both inbound and outbound aspects of product management.

What You'll Do:





● Lead AI Bootcamps: Run intensive, hands-on workshops with customer stakeholders to

identify "unsolvable" problems and prove value through rapid prototyping.

● Take end-to-end accountability for customer success during the initial deployment phase,

ensuring the "Applied AI" actually delivers measurable ROI (e.g., reduced Operational

Expenses, faster decision-making)

● Synthesize complex customer feedback into structured product requirements for the core

R&D; team, ensuring our roadmap is grounded in real-world friction.

● Identify patterns across different customer deployments to help build "Productized

Blueprints" that our sales team can replicate.

● Interfacing with internal stakeholders - delivery, customer success and support teams to help

understand customer pain points that shape your roadmap
