*Job Summary:*

*We are looking for an experienced* *Battery Assembly Technician* *to join our lithium battery pack manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on expertise in lithium pack assembly, BMS testing, cell sorting and grading, laser welding and pack testing procedures, with knowledge of LFP, NMC, and LTO technologies.*

*Key Responsibilities*:

· *Perform assembly, integration, and testing of lithium-ion battery packs (LFP, NMC, LTO).*

· *Carry out* *cell sorting and grading* *to ensure quality, consistency, and performance.*

· *Conduct BMS testing, cell balancing, and verification of pack performance.*

· *Execute cell and pack testing procedures, including capacity, cycle life, and safety checks.*

· *Interpret and work with electrical diagrams, schematics, and wiring layouts.*





· *Apply basic electrical sizing fundamentals for pack configuration and system integration.*

· *Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and EHS guidelines.*

· *Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes, test results, and quality checks.*

· *Coordinate with engineering teams for troubleshooting, improvements, and product validation.*

· *Experience in laser welding machine operations.*
