Role Description
This full-time, in office Network Administrator role is based in Canada and supports Esse India’s technology infrastructure for Canada immigration and visa consulting operations. The Network Administrator will manage and maintain network systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, and related hardware, to ensure stable and secure connectivity. Daily responsibilities include monitoring network performance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues,



performing system administration tasks, and implementing network security best practices. The role also involves providing technical support to internal teams, coordinating with external vendors when required, and documenting network configurations and procedures. The person in this role will collaborate with management and staff to ensure that IT systems align with business needs and comply with security and data protection standards.

Qualifications
