About the Role

We're looking for a strategic
Director / VP of Global HR
to lead KOMP's global HR function and drive people initiatives that support business growth across multiple regions. This role will oversee workforce planning, HR operations, organizational development, employee engagement, and global HR compliance while partnering closely with executive leadership to build a high-performing organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute KOMP's global HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead workforce planning, organizational development, and talent management initiatives.
- Oversee HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations.
- Establish scalable HR policies, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Partner with leadership on organizational design, succession planning, and change management.




- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices across global operations.
- Leverage HR analytics to support strategic workforce decisions.
- Lead and mentor the global HR team while fostering a team-oriented, high-performance culture.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or high-growth organizations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of global HR operations, organizational development, workforce planning, and employment compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing distributed or global teams is highly preferred.
