Social Media Manager – Brand Growth & Content

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and execution-focused Social Media Manager to lead Fitreak’s organic growth across social media, with a primary focus on Instagram. The ideal candidate is passionate about content creation, influencer marketing, community building, and building brands through engaging storytelling. You’ll work closely with the founders to create impactful content, launch campaigns, and drive meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and execute Fitreak’s Instagram strategy to drive organic growth, reach, and engagement.

* Plan, create, and publish high-quality content including Reels, carousels, stories, and trending formats.

* Develop and execute founder-led content by working closely with the founders on personal branding and storytelling.

* Manage influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying creators, outreach, negotiations, collaborations, and performance tracking.





* Ideate and execute creative social media campaigns for product launches, brand milestones, and seasonal campaigns.

* Explore and build offline partnerships and collaborations with gyms, fitness communities, colleges, events, brands, and creators to increase brand visibility.

* Stay updated on social media trends, viral content formats, and platform updates to keep the brand relevant.

* Build and engage the Fitreak community by interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and encouraging user-generated content.

* Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality content.

* Analyze content performance, identify insights, and optimize strategies based on engagement and growth metrics.

* Continuously experiment with new content ideas, formats, collaborations, and growth strategies to scale the brand organically.

Requirements
