- Experience:

- Education:
B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or Fisheries.
- Core Skills:
Hands-on experience in microbiological testing (TPC, Pathogen detection), environmental monitoring, FSSC 22000/HACCP compliance, and laboratory equipment maintenance.
- Software/Tools:
Working proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) for reporting and documentation.
- Communication:
Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory for technical reporting and team coordination.
- Logistics:
100% strictly Work-from-Office (Factory Role) located in Bangalore. Must be comfortable with night shifts and rotational week-offs.
➡️ Position Overview
This role manages the onsite microbiology laboratory and ensures all raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products meet rigorous safety standards. You will drive food safety compliance, manage environmental monitoring programs, and perform analytical testing to support FSSC 22000 and FSSAI regulatory requirements.
? Core Responsibilities
- Microbiological Testing:
Execute routine analysis including TPC, Yeast & Mold, Coliforms, and major pathogens (Salmonella, Listeria, etc.) following FSSAI/ISO/AOAC standards.
- Laboratory Operations:
Manage sterilization, equipment calibration (Autoclaves, Incubators, etc.), and maintain stringent biosafety and housekeeping standards.
- FSMS Compliance:
Support the maintenance of FSSC 22000 Version 6 and HACCP programs through continuous environmental swabbing and trend analysis.
- Documentation:
Ensure 100% accuracy in lab logbooks, test reports, and traceability documentation for all samples and audit requirements.
- Process
